Cancellations
Please give us 24 hours advance notice for any appointment cancellation. Your credit card is required
to reserve any service. A 50% fee will apply for all cancellations
and no-shows within the specified time period.
Cell Phones
We are a cell-phone free environment. Please be courteous to other
guests and turn off your phone upon arrival at La Belle Amie.

At your discretion, a suggested gratuity of 20% is graciously accepted.
Personal
Possessions
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal
articles, including clothing or accessories. Please leave your
jewelry at home ... one less thing to worry about. Private lockers
are provided for your convenience.
Privacy
Your privacy will always be respected. We provide individual changing
rooms for our guests.
Punctuality
We ask that you kindly check in at the reception desk 15 minutes
prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you time
to relax, enjoy some herbal tea or fresh juice, and unwind in our
quiet room. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. For late arrivals
treatment times may be shortened.
Relaxation Lounge
For your comfort and convenience, the La Belle Amie provides a relaxation
lounge for use between services or to enjoy a light lunch from Dream Café.
